    Add the optional 30-Day Warranty to your order for extra peace of mind. It extends your coverage against manufacturing defects — such as a faulty heating element, unresponsive controller, or failed stitching — from the standard 7 days to a full 30 days from delivery.

    If your Assassin Robe arrives faulty or stops working properly under normal use during that period, we’ll replace it free of charge. Simply contact us with your order number and a quick photo or video.

    The warranty covers manufacturing faults for the original purchaser. It does not cover misuse, accidental damage, or normal wear and tear.

    How do I wash it?

    Easy! Unplug your Assassin Robe and detach the controller before washing. Machine wash cold on a gentle cycle, then hang it up to air dry to help keep the fabric soft.

    Do not wring or tumble dry. Make sure the robe is completely dry before reconnecting the controller or power source.

    No guessing needed. Assassin Robes come in a generously oversized, one-size design made to comfortably fit a wide range of body types.

    The roomy fit lets you wear it comfortably over pajamas, sweatpants, or lounge clothes while staying wrapped up from head to toe.
